William and the Werwolf is a digital 2D 30 minute animated short in a classic Disney (Snow White, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty) style with songs. It is about a princess and her page who have fallen in love and must escape her father, the King, with the help of a benevolent werewolf.
Princess Melior and her page, William, fall in love only to have her father, the King, want her to marry a prince. William and Melior decide to run off to be together, but they'll need some help hiding from the King. Along their adventures a benevolent werewolf helps to keep them safe and out of trouble. By the end of the story many mysteries unravel to reveal the true nature and history of all those involved.
Who We Are
Our innovative team of artists, actors, composer and filmmaker includes animation company Evogue studios who has worked on animated music videos, children songs, advertising/commericals, and promotional films in 2D and CGI for film and TV for nearly a decade. Screenplay Adapter/Director/Producer Butch Berry is helming the team, and has invited many accomplished actors to play fun characters that will take you along for the ride. German composer, Alex Schiborr, whom has scored many audiobooks including Sherlock Holmes Chronicles, will score the project.
With your support we will be able to do the animation, scoring, voice overs, sound fx, song recording and mastering of the film. An animated 30 minute short in the classic 2D animated style (Snow White, Cinderella) but digitally with musical numbers, taken from a fairy tale from 1900. We will keep you updated every step of the way.
