Simplified Funding Use & Pricing Breakdown:

  • Build up Inventory to fill all Kickstarter backer orders and keep pace with incoming amazon fulfillment purchase orders and begin building initial inventory for brick & mortar retail location - $635,227
  • Generate materials to be used and execute various promotional, marketing, and brand awareness campaigns to broaden consumer interest and reach e.g. online/ offline efforts - $433,000 
  • The cost associated with ideal 3yr. retail rental location and associated operational cost e.g. signage creation and installation, standard building redesign to complement inventory & digital aspect installation, the hiring of staff to oversee newly established retail location, acquiring of all city services provided e.g. permits, utility services etc. $440,000

Risks and challenges

Initially, as we proceed into the RFID design and implementation phase of our campaign there will arise various challenges as to best method of chip to garment implementation, and actual programming functionality in regards to which feature should be made available e.g. clothing designed with tracking and detection technology which would provide location services that would greatly streamline processes required when locating lost, separated, physically disabled or missing persons vs the ability to make purchases, sign-on etc. We are confident that our quality and control and design efforts in conjunction with our technology manufacturers will be able to produce fashion-forward products that offer users satisfying solutions to real-world challenges and concerns that arise.

As we prepare to take on new horizons with the opening of the first 90% digital brick and mortar retail location new challenges have and will continue to arise as we continue to gear up for this tremendous move, but we are ever confident that through our combined team knowledge and expertise will be ready to continue addressing each obstacle that comes our way as we have already addressed the vast majority of these concerns, in addition to this we have already set up various plans of approach and strategic implementation as backups to our backup, by following our solid business plan we hope to ensure our launch is an overall longterm success.
