The Modena Collection

Attention to detail is at the core of our designs; this sleek, minimal timepiece will provide you with the essential functions of a watch from a calendar display, two sub-dials and luminous hands. Featuring the popular Miyota 0S11 movement and a water resistance of 10ATM, this beautifully crafted accessory is unrivalled, making it the perfect everyday companion.

Components and Materials

Why Miyota 0S11?

The Miyota 0S11 movement is the only movement, which allows the chronograph minute and second hand to be positioned at the top and bottom of the watch. Due to this limitation within Swiss Movements the Miyota 0S11 is the only movement, which enables us to achieve this design.

Warranty

Your Franco Florenzi watch is warranted by Franco Florenzi LTD, for a period of twenty four (24) months from the original date of purchase.

During the warranty period the watch movement, hands and dial are the only components covered under this warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge, if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use.

Why do you require £16,000?

To manufacture the watches and to fulfil Kickstarter pledges, we will need to raise a minimum of £16,000. To ensure transparency, we have included a breakdown of our costs below:

Production Schedule

Once the funds have been released, we will be able to pay the initial deposit to begin production.

Based on the time required for production, quality control and packing, we estimate that all pledges will be dispatched at the beginning of December.

Risks and challenges

As production is due to take place during the busiest time of the year (September - October), we have allocated up to 3 months for production and quality control to take into account any potential delays. We believe time is key when manufacturing high quality watches so would rather extend the delivery timeframe than compromise on the quality of the watch.

From experience, Christmas is a busy time of the year for many companies, manufacturers and couriers so third-party delays are often expected. During this period we will employ part time staff, to ensure that all packages are shipped in a timely manner. Unfortunately, as we are unable to control delays experienced by couriers or customs, we will make sure we are open and honest about delivery timeframes over the Christmas period in order to avoid disappointment.
