Detailed functionality of NAPOSPY

• Connect and manage multiple pairs of gloves at once

• Locate each glove using application’s radar

• Check the last saved location of each glove

• Remote buzzer and battery level indicator for each gloves


If you are not sure about your glove size, measure the hand you normally write with at its widest point (excluding the thumb). If you have longer fingers and are on the line between sizes then go with the larger size of the two. If you are in between sizes on the chart, and like a tighter fit, then go with the smaller size; if you like a roomier relaxed fit, then go with the larger size.

How to take care of my gloves?

In order to keep your gloves in a perfect condition you should avoid contact with liquids, friction, washing, drying or ironing them. We recommend the care product from Leather and Milk included in the gift pack.

Can I order more than one pair of gloves?

Yes, you can order as many pairs as you want. However delivery costs are charged for every perk separate.

Do you ship Worldwide?

We offer worldwide shipping to our International Backers. International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Do my gloves have a warranty?

Yes, every pair of gloves has 12 months warranty.

Do you accept returns? What is your return policy?

As we are offering our gloves at highly discounted prices, we won’t be able to accept returns. We will accept exchanges up to 30 days after you receive your gloves, but you will need to cover the two way shipping. The exchange package should include unworn, unbroken gloves with hangtag and packaging.

Do you accept refunds?

Yes, refunds are accepted according to Kickstarter’s refund policy.

What does the cost of shipping cover?

The cost of shipping covers overseas shipping from Europe with postal service. For 90% of locations (USA, Europe, Canada, Australia, etc.) there is a tracking number available.

Is each glove tracked independently?

Yes, each gloves is equipped with a BLE module, that allows to track them separately.

What versions of Bluetooth is supported by napoSPY? 

napoSPY supports versions 4.0 and above.

Can I replace the battery? 

No, the battery is embedded in the beacon and can not be replaced or removed.

How long does the battery last? Can I charge it?

The battery lasts for 1 year and it cannot be charged.

Where can I buy new beacons? 

The beacons will be available via the app or on after the campaign.
