We have combined the craftsmen skills of Toledo's blacksmith with the German famous city of blades Solingen to create " Hiroto " An Ideal Kitchen Partner. Hiroto is high-carbon stainless-steel chef’s knife, which is made by hammering a red-hot billet of steel into a shaped die and falls to a reputation for durability and balance.
Toledo steel was famed for its very high quality alloy, whereas Damascene steel, a competitor from the Middle Ages on, was famed for a specific metal-working technique. Centuries of tradition, technology, design and craft along with the selection to use Damascus Steel VG10 resulted to a knive, that feels good in your hand and has sharp edge.
