Young Leaders: The next generation of social leaders
Young Leaders: The next generation of social leaders

Young Leaders is a not-for-profit initiative that hopes to inspire the next generation of young social leaders.

Working alongside some of Europe's leading scholars, educators and experts - Young Leaders will bring  together 100 remarkable social leaders - aged 25 and under.

Based on a lengthy assessment of these leaders, the project will provide an online tool for aspiring young people to see which leaders they are similar too, and provide them with practical steps they can take to become leaders themselves.

With young people increasingly pessimistic about their future, we hope Young Leaders will help the next generation to think big and start small.

We need £10,000 to help fund develop our interactive resources and ensure they reach as many motivated young people as possible.

In addition to the development of our resources funding will help build two programmes for aspiring young people

  • Development of the Young Leaders School Programme: a unique one hour lesson plan for aspiring young people in their last year of school.

  • Building relationships with leading organisations for the Young Leaders Work Programme: Through this programme we will help mentor and tutor aspiring young people from diverse background and help them find amazing work opportunities.

We are working along some of Europe's leading experts, academics and educations in leadership. These incredible folks include:

Professor Angus Laing - Dean of Business and Economics, Loughborough University; Dr Inmaculada Adarves-Yorno - Leadership Lecturer, Exeter University; Professor Lorraine Dearden - Director, Institute for Fiscal Studies; Johannes Moeller - Co-Founder, Edventure ; Kanada Elizabeth Gorla - Founder, Shine Changing Times; Professor Jean-François Manzoni - Chaired Professor, INSEAD; Ketiwe Anjorin - Manager, Sutton Trust; Professor Juan Roure Alomar - Entrepreneurship department, IESE Business School; Dr Sandra McNally - London School of Economics; Professor Vibha Gaba - INSEAD; Dr Jennifer DeWitt - King's College London; Heath Monk - CEO, Future Leaders Trust; Father Richard Peers - Headmaster, Trinity Lewisham; Roger Highfield - Executive, Science Museum Group.
