Introducing our development team's new franchise "Eskape". We will be creating each adventure through crowdfunding and offering a unique experience to our backers! Each installment of this series will be (as the title suggests) an escape themed adventure. Each adventure will offer the player an incredible journey to stay alive while having a blast doing so! 

Dragon Hunter is our first installment to this series. This will be an adventure for our players to escape the clutches of a fire breathing dragon or stand their ground and take him out. With many different options, the players will choose which path to take and which tools to use in order to accomplish these goals.

The Game: 

 Klar: Protector of Lands

 

Lt. Col Henry Price (LORE):

After 40 years in the military, Henry's squad started noticing something was a little off about him since he returned from a special op mission in New Zealand last year. Carvings in his sleep quarters, late night ramblings about beasts, homemade devices under his bed and random empty liquor bottles in his footlocker. Henry seemed to be planning something and it was spooking his unit. 

Henry was called into his superior officer's chambers to address these "odd" behaviors of his. Henry claimed they were nothing but his superior officer did not care. Henry was placing his entire unit in jeopardy with his erratic behavior. Henry was discharged from his unit and sent home.  

Angry and vengeful from his discharge, Henry began making weapons out of anything he could find. Anything he felt would inflict as much pain on his enemy as he felt. Price sold everything he owned, packed up his gear  and bought a one way ticket to New Zealand. Nothing in Henry's life mattered anymore but the one thing that remained in those mountains. The one thing that took his best friend, KLAR! 

Objective: Escape or Stand Your Ground! 
Each round players will have the choice (and tools) to attempt to distract our dragon or stand up and fight them to the death! 

Escaping: If you choose to escape the dragon, you can choose the randomly generated tools to assist you on your quest of self preservation. Following a certain set of objectives, you can activate the gates and get the heck out of dodge!

Standing Your Ground: You are the bravest of warriors to choose this route. As our dragon is not an easy opponent to defeat. With his abilities to fly, enhanced smell and sound tracking and breathe of fire, only the strongest, smartest and bravest can bring down Klar! 

Tools: These will be items you will use in order to injure/distract the dragon. All of these creation diversions and low level damage to their target. These tools are a means of escape only! 

Star Seeker Shoulder Fire Flare Cannon: Load a round in this beast and blow it off near the enemy to create a diversion. If you are feelin' ballsy, you can shoot him with it.

Scrap Trap: Set this bad boy on the ground to injure and delay the hunter! Great for a quick escape in a heated situation!

Weapons: 

A weapon made by the Henry, used to mangle! You may need a tetanus shot before, during and after using this one!

Project Goals (if funded fully): The more funding this kickstarter gets, the more cool things we plan to add to the adventure. Below are our plans for future development if this campaign succeeds. 

MULTIPLAYER: Who doesn't want to kill some dragons with friends? We plan to add multiplayer modes where you can team up and take on Klar as a family of hunters! 

More Dragons: Our team is currently nerding out on new dragon enemies once our project is funded. We will release concept sketches over the next 30 days of this campaign to get you excited about these guys! 

More Heroes: We currently have 2 heroes planned if our project is funded. We will release info about these bad asses soon. Hint: Big Guns, No Fear, superior hate of Dragons! 

More Maps: We are currently working on sketches for a castle and ice themed battleground packet. 

Gear Inventory/Upgrade UI: While in the woods you can grab new items/gear to help you in your esKape/fight! We will be adding a drag n drop system for adding on the fly! Who has time to dress while being hunted right? 

More Weapons: Who doesnt want more killing toys!? We are currently sitting at around 15 possible new weapons to be added.

More Tools: The dragons will only get harder to kill/escape, you will need more gear to succeed down the road! 

Ranking/Progression/Rewards: We plan to add an experience system and reward system for the true hardcore dragon hunters! These will include music/sound bundles, player/wep skins and much more! 

Ports: We plan to also port this franchise into the mobile world. ios/android will soon know the fear of Dragon Hunting!

Risks and challenges

Every project has risks and challenges. We see the only risk and challenge as the funding of the project. We have amazing developers and we need these funds to set their talents on motion! We took an initial investment risk to launch this. We are hoping the public loves the idea and wants to join the adventure!
